No internet

Since last night my broadband doesn't connect to the internet. The power light and wifi lights are on, but the internet and voice are off, a flashing orange light comes time by time.

I've tried everything but nothing changes, keep asking to book an engineer but in the mean time i'll spend days without connection.

I need more details before to waste a day of work for someone to come and check the issue. 
The internet misses is because of the weather? Is it something in my area (NW10)? Or something else?

Does anyone know anything ?
