No internet

I have had no internet connection for 4 hours

@Kaz1  & @Kikki1  Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have already done this several times and nothing had worked. Even did a complete reset and nothing!

@Kikki1  You did not provide that information in your first post. Did you run the additional test as the instructions show to see if it can get an pdated test done?

I have carried outstanding followed all the instructions/ tests as advised on the My Sky app several times and nothing has helped.

Mine went off at 6.30pm tonight and still nothing yeah saying no faults in area with KY6 postcode, anyone else the same?

I'm exactly thr same and have kept on trying the service checker, the instructions to test it etc but nothing has helped. It's still off this morning too and I need it for work as I work from home.

**UPDATE**

 

I have tried service checker and re- ran test again and this has now confirmed it's an issue outside in my area (KY6 too) so requested I book an engineer.  I have now done that but says can take up to 48hrs for them to come out!!

That's interesting as I'm going off my head trying to reset etc all the time and still off this morning. Does everyone have to arrange engineer or do you think they will see this as a wider problem? My son works from home so no a happy bunny right now
