WiFi not working in whole house

Hi there,

 

I recently moved home and had an engineer over to do the switch over to our new house.

 

Everything was working well but all of a sudden I now can't get WiFi in my bedroom and my TV can't even pick up our WiFi. 

Can someone come and take a look for us?

@CharlotteR you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky do not offer a service of engineers checking WiFi coverage unless you have paid for their WiFi Max bundle (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) where an intial pod extender they will send out after a phone call has not provided the guaranteed speed in every room in your house.

 

If you nedd to improve your TV and dont want to pay the extra to Sky you can buy a wide range of third party kit and fit thst yourself.
