My WiFi is not working and I have tried all the trouble shooting and no help. The red light is on my box ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sharon1507 a red light is never a good sign. If the red light is on the fibre ONT on the wall which connects to your hub that means the gibre connection is down so needs to be reported to Sky so they can get it fixed.
