Hi have got new WiFi max hub and seems to have got stuck on the setup in the app.

Hi, 

I have got the new WiFi max and on setup of the hub it has got stuck in a loop.

 

Have tried to call but struggling to get through to a person.

@dswaff the new hub's often need to update the firmware before the app can connect this can takeca few hours so the issue may sort itselk if left alone. If it doesnt clear then call Sky but before doing so run this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-max-hub-do-you-have-internet-calls when you get to the end it should give you a phone number which if you use means the phone systems knows why you are calling so increasing the chance you get someone who can help.

Hi,

 

Have tried this and everything appears to be fine, all services are working broadband, phoneline, streaming tv, wifi.

 

Have done service checker which can't find a fault to report but still have the issue above that setup of new hub not complete?
