No internet

No internet!!!! So frustrating 

I have switched on and off clearly there is a problem given the number of people complaining about the internet all lights are green on the box sky tv says no internet all other devices are not connecting including phone and laptop , I wfh and pay extra fibre optic and WiFi guarantee the WiFi drops all the time, honestly considering going to virgin although it's expensive my friends who have virgin have never reported any issues with the WiFi, when you call for help you go through the same pointless troubleshoot with no resolve honestly frustrating
