No internet after BT working in street

No internet -BT have been working in the street .  Now driven off and still no internet.  Done the online checks says nothing is wrong but there is an issue and was fine before BT were working in the street.  They have been here regularly over the last couple of weeks.  Switched box off etc  nothing happened.  Help
