No internet

Hi,

 

I have moved into a new house and I moved my contract over if that makes sense but since plugging it in. I have no internet light and the voice light is orange. When doing the line test it says everything is working fine. The internet comes up on my phone and devices but when clicking on it it tells you that there is no internet basically and that it needs fixing on doing the fixing it doesn't correct the issue.

Did you book a Home Move from Sky, and has the activation date at the new address now passed?

@TimmyBGood @Yes I did the move home with sky and the activation date has passed. 
and I plugged the internet box in today and it's not working
