No internet

I have had no internet all day using mobile data at moment. Service check shows Broadband and WiFi good but no internet access Sky Q hub lights all green and Sky Q box  wired connection to hub not getting internet. Tried. Usual assistant but go round in circles . Tried calling but seems no one there as training day. Any help appreciated. Located North of Scotland.

@Bruce53  How long after your internet went down did you run the service checker and broadband test. Are you in the SYxx area by chance?

Hi it's been down all day done all the checks and reset hub but no joy area is AB56

I'm also having issues, done the check, reset and switched on/ off and still no Internet connection in Tyne and Wear area
