No internet

Since having an upgraded broadband and a WiFi booster the internet has gone down 4 times. It was off last night and is still down this morning. I'm meant to be working from home today so need this fixed as soon as possible. Also I've got sky cinema free for a month and 3 times now I've tried to watch a film in the evenings and it just keeps saying I have no internet. I've reset everything multiple times and it just doesn't work. My internet was better before the upgrade

@Leanne114 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
