Internet just went out about half hour ago. Tried disconnecting all leads and reconnecting again but nothing. My internet status tells me everything is working. This now happens occasionally. I work from home a lot and need to be back on. Please help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sai1 Can you try and run the service checker after an hour of your connection being down if that still shows green can you click on broadband for it to run a updated test please.

Hi, I've just re checked and it's telling me there's now something wrong with my connection and it cannot detect my connection hub. The internet light is amber, no phone light and the power and WiFi lights are both green. Any ideas please?

Afraid not. Keeps going back to the previous page, re-test broadband connection. But nothing else about how to fix or have an engineer visit.

Hi, spoke to a sky advisor on Monday but still waiting for a BT engineer to visit premises, any idea when I can expect this to be resolved as I've had not internet since Monday?
