Wifi is stone age level. Yet checks say its fine? Such an expensive wifi supplier but kept it for tv and everything the same but over priced and doesnt work at all

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Adamcoxy you need to establish why your "WiFi" is slow. Is it the speed Sky's broadband provides to your hub which is down to Sky to fix or lousy WiFi in your home which is mainly domething you have to sort.
You can find out the former by running the full connection test in the My Sky app which if you click to run will give you the history of speeds reported by your hub and can book an engineer to check your line if those are below tge guaranteed speed.
Assuming the sped to your hub is OK then the issue is sithin your home but given WiFi speeds are affected by the layout, type of construction and level of interference in your home tgeyvare largely beyond Sky's control. Make sure your hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions. Beyond tgst you msy need extra kit to get decent WiFi speeds in every room which will have a cost. Tge choice is paying Sky for an add-on like WiFi Max or buying third party equipmen.

@Adamcoxy Sky are one of the cheapest mass market ISP's when you are in a contract deal/offer so not sure where you got that from.
As @Chrisee has alluded too, the connection test is for the physical line up to your router, not what you get on an end device connected via WiFi. No ISP can control the WiFi environment in your property 🫠
