No internet

Hello 

I'm so unhappy with your internet connection. I had never so bad internet like now. You made my bill higher but this Internet is horrible. Actually I have no connection again and that problem is so often. The lights in the broadband all green now but there is no connection. 

The problem is almost every week . I had already once your engineer at home and he fixed it for one moment but it's happening all the time . I'm so unhappy with Sky internet that I even finally thinking about cancelling my contract with you

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky.

 

As you lights are allow showing green then try turning the hub of for an hour then power it back up again.

I did this many times already and it's not working. This is another day without internet from you and I still paying my bills .
