No internet

Woke up this morning with no internet, ran tests through the my sky app which tells me that all is ok with my broadband and wifi yet there is still no connection on my router, tried using the reset button on the router but there is still an orange light on the router for the internet?

@Daievans give Sky a call their lines should be open by now to report the fault.
