Still no Internet access. This is message on TV. Can't get any channels
.can't get anything on phone . I'm stopping my dd. Until its fixed .

@Bazza19641 Stopping your direct debit(or threatening to do so) won't get the issue fixed, you need to call Sky and report the issue so they can get Openreach to attend(if necessary) to fin out what's causing the problem and fix it.

As mentioned cancelling a payment method will cause all sorts of extra problems including
- services restricted
- late payment fees
- not being able to contact Sky at all

@Bazza19641 if the issue is wifi a lot depends on the lay out and type of construction of your home. Older properties are particularly bad due to solid walls but a modern flat can be equally problematic due to interference from neighbours each home is different. No isp will,guarantee good wifi in every room of every home and the guarantees they do give have get out clauses in them.
. It is unlikely another ISP's free router will be much better as they all transmit the same power which is limited by regulation. Sky can sell you an add on to get boosters or you can do as lots of people do buy and use their own kit.
