Hi, I've still got no internet. I was on here yesterday and spoke to someone on the online chat (which has now disappeared hence a new post) they told me an engineer would be out yesterday to fix it and would contact me as they might need access to my property. But I have heard nothing since and it's still not fixed. This has been going on since Tuesday. Any chance I could speak to someone please ☺️

@Chrisee @The online chat from yesterday has disappeared so how do I get it back or start another one to find out more/ what is happening
