Router not working

Internet has cut out twice today for long periods of time. Internet Checker says everything is fine but router does not have am Internet connection. I have already started a conversation earlier to no avail. This is highly problematic trying to work from home with no Internet

@DaveysanWas this the service checker that you used to check your services or was it the broadband test you did?

I did both. MySky app said everything was working fine which was strange when the Internet light was red on the router and nothing would connect (I reset the router as advised about 3 times as well with no luck). 

 

My broadband has been back about 10mins so far
