No internet

Every night for the last couple of weeks my internet goes off and on about 4 times a night, the second light on the router flashes orange and the forth light stays solid orange, now it's starting to happen during the day, the problem needs to be fixed ASAP or I'll be binning the router and cancelling the direct debit

@Pj8 The last part of your post won't achieve anything positive, it will only cause more issues for you.

If you are having connection issues and have run through the troubleshooting without success you will have to call Sky to report the fault, you can't do that via this forum as it is manned mainly by fellow customers.
