Wi-Fi and internet problem was highlighted to your Broadband team colleague-KIRAL-in 16 Th March. He promised to call back on 22nd March at 12.00 with a view of arranging Enfineers visit to fix the problem
for last 4 to 6 weeks we are having following problems
(1) No Satellite Signal(2) Minibox connectivity problem with SkyQ box(3) No internet(4) No Network (5) internet dropping during Zoom and Conference call
(6) the whole system is very unreliable for last 6 weeks. Tv drops out
