No internet

Had sky fiber installed today with a new router. Worked for 2 hours now orange no Internet. Coincidence?

There are plenty of people here with ongoing Internet problems with Sky Fibre.  Voice light periodically going amber causing no interent, which is then resolved with router resets.

 

I've had it for 8 months.
