Hi,
Its now been a week with no internet. We've heard nothing off sky or open reach and every number I ring is a dead end. Does anybody have any advice on to actually get hold of someone who will give us some straight answers and maybe a timeframe of when we could be back online.
thankyou

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chris5419 is this a fault affecting your area or just your line?
With area faults it is very difficult to forecast when they will be fixed. These type of issues can be down to a line break caused by bad weather, damage such as someone digging in thecwrong place, theft of copper cable etc etc . Openreach engineers will be trying to restore services to as many lines as they can as fast as they can however given last weeks storms the teams will be quite stretched.
Faults with individual lines are simpler because Openreach should have told Sky what the problem is. You should be due compensation assuming you reported the fault see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
