No internet

had no internet since last Monday anyone else had this?

@Charlotte97  Have you tried to run the broadband test or made any contact with Sky to find out what is going on?

Yeah I booked an appointment for someone to come out and no one did come,they messaged me and said it's a networking problem

@Charlotte97  Have yoiu called Sky to see if there is any progress updates when the network issue is going to be fixed?

They just keep saying there waiting for an update from openreach it seems like they don't really know what's going on,can't really get any sense out of them

Exactly the same here! It's been over a week and the lack of contact and updates has been disgraceful.
