I have a new connection.
Power LED is green on ONT, PON LED is off, LOS led flashes red.
The bot doesn't help.
I can't contact the office.
Where and how can I apply?

It may be to do with the activation of your new connection and openreach is working on it at the cabinet. Depending on the complexity of the setup or the system has discovered a fault.
Can only speculate, but yes, make sure you get put through to sky FTTP internet, do you have sky glass too?

I am located in Ireland, Cork. If I test the equipment through my personal account on the sky website, they write that there are no outages where I am located and that they do not see my hub on the network

@LanaTan I know it may be based on the news / media , but those huawei boxes should be chucked... possibly why it ain't working 🤷🏻♂️
