No internet

On Monday my payment for the internet was taken and on Wednesday night my internet stopped working at home as if my service had been turned off

Was you payment on time? If it was it might just be a coincidence and perhaps maintenance work is being carried out which is normally planned for overnight. Anything showing here?

I haven't changed anything in the subscription and I don't have a phone to connect and check if it works

@Krymek call Sky whose lines are now open if its a payment issue the line will tell you that. If its a fault report it to an agent so it can be fixed.
