No internet/wifi for the past week!!

I have had no internet/wifi for the past week. The power light is green on my box, the wireless light is green but no light for internet. I have tried all of the 'troubleshooting' steps but still no internet. Help!!!

Have you had any update about this as my wifi has been dropping out for weeks now

Any updates as I'm about to dispute my monthly payment with bank for lack of services
