can I secure a new deal now to stay mid November?

I have sky mobile, does this mean I am not a new broadband customer?

We are customers here like you so can't give out deals.

That is correct, if you don't have broadband from Sky then you are not a new customer until you sign up to them. The fact you have Sky Mobile doesn't come into it.
