Discussion topic: No internet today

No internet today

I have no internet today, it's been working fine every other day. All the green lights are on my sky q hub and I've tried restarting and unplugging numerous times. There are apparently no issues in my area, though the checker is saying I have a poor WiFi connection. 

Help?!
