Hi. Info tracker  message from open reach today but still no internet 

can someone update me as this is now affecting my work

@Steve258  This is a customer helps customer forum, we have no access to accounts or orders, we can't provide any update for you.

 

If your broadband went live today it can take up to midnight to update on Sky's end.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.

 

You will need to contact Sky to see if they've received an update from Openreach.
