Neither boosters are recieving WiFi

We have not had wifi in the whole house for days now the boosters are not recieving ihave done all the revommended things to get it running

@crhmsc 

Have you fully factory reset the boosters by holding the reset button on the rear for 30 seconds? Then reconnected them using an ethernet cable or WPS?

I have reset boosters a number of times with no effect I now do not have WiFi in one half of the house
