I have pixelation on some digital tv channels and cannot upload my youtube channel on the wifi

I have had recent problems with WiFi and pixelation on my TV in the last two months. I am a Pensioner and not tech savvy but sometimes upload a YouTube video for a friend when he is working. This did work but doesn't now. Please help, or tell me how to get Sky to help. They have done a remote check and tell me all is fine, asnd I have done an online check which has shown no issues so I'm at a loss how to proceed.

@allt38 there could be various causes to help identify what the issue is can you post your hub's stats as explained here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
