My internet light is off, but power and wifi light are green , tried all the suggestions but still not working. Is there any websites or number I can call to talk to sky and book for engineer instead?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I tried few times but its still now working 🙂 how shall I book the engineer?

Nope. The power light and wifi light is green but the internet light is still off.
