No internet on the my router

I haven't got internet on my router since the morning. The light hes been showing red since

I've had the same problem but with it cutting in and out. The app diagnostics say there is a bad connection between my hub and the sky network but it doesn't say what can be done about it! Everything is connected as it should be and I have reset and reconnected the device a load of times. I'm going to phone in but the last tike I did that I just had to repeat everything I'd already done and still no fix. Just had to wait for it to sort itself out, which is annoying without an explanation

@Lemba Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

@Erappleby82  Did you get through to call and if so what did they tell you?
