I have had no internet all week then when it comes back on its buffering it’s not great

I have had no internet all week and yesterday it re connected and was very patchy and buffering all week I have had to use data on my phone to do emails and work 

I only have streaming service on my telly and iPad so havv bg e been unable to watch these either 

not happy at all

@Jvel Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
