No red light on LOS And no light on voice button on Modem. I've unplugged everything and restarted it again but still no connection

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MonicaC2 no red LOS light is a good thing, if the hub cannot connect to the internet then report the fault to Sky.
