No internet,no light on LOS, no light on voice on modem

No red light on LOS And no light on voice  button on Modem. I've unplugged everything and restarted it again but still no connection

@MonicaC2 no red LOS light is a good thing, if the hub cannot connect to the internet then report the fault to Sky.
