Wifi and voice going amber every 10 mins for days ,whats the problem

My wifi is going amber every 10 mins for days and also the voice bit goes amber ,really doing my head in ,does anybody know whats causing this

@Stephanie30 there are several possible causes but currently we are seiing numerous similar reports caused bybthe very heavy rain. If you are on full fibre that is pretty immune to issues with water but the same cannot becsaid for the older copper phone network. If you are in an area which had this weeks deluge that is very likely the cause. Openreach can't do much except to wait for things to dry out.

I live in scotland ,so the rain is nothing new ,so something deffo not right

@Stephanie30 nothing different in Scotland water gets into joints just the same. Worth reporying but dont expect an instant solution.
