No internet light on the sky hub...I have the power light and WiFi are both green...my neighbour tried her router to see if it was the router but hers does not work either.
the phone line is working. No reported problems in the area...I've tried all the trouble shooting! Cannot get an engineer for nine days and now regretting changing to Sky Glass as it means we have no TV for nine days either...and we work from home! Any idea? Pulling my hair out!

Unfortunately that's kind of inherent with a streaming service. Perhaps worth noting that a Glass television does have the ability to receive Freeview channels if you attach an aerial feed (not a satellite dish cable) to its coaxial socket and switch off its network connection: an indoor antennae may be sufficient depending on your location.
