No internet light on
Hello i have got a issue with my broadband today. Power light and wifi are both green with internet light off. I have done all steps to fix it but it didnt help. On last step i have been asked to run test but when i was trying it says tests are unavailable try again later

@Debbie447 run the My Sky Service Check over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If thry arent call Sky to report the loss of service.
