No internet light on router

My tv is connected to WiFi but not the internet. I have checked the router and there was no internet light. I have unplugged and plugged router back in and green light on for main router and WiFi but no light on internet. 
I have run broadband check and confirms all is ok and everything connected but this is incorrect! How do I resolve

I'm having the same problem but when you google it, it says no problems in your area which is wrong. Not sure how solve this problem . Anyone else on here having similar problems please comment

Yes, I'm having the same problem. It's telling me to go to the sky hub and connect a device to fix but when I try it does  nothing
