No internet intermittent all day and still ongoing

My internet isn't working. I've run tests on sky and it said there was an issue with broadband but then when further tests were run it said everything was ok. The internet light on my router is orange and the rest are green. This has been ongoing yesterday, and is still ongoing today

I work from home and need this to be working

Update, bt are in the area digging up pavements. Thinking this would be too much of a coincidence that the problems only started when the work to upgrade the network began

@Nickyt80  If the broadband test is coming back okay and there is still an issue. The fastest way to get a more detailed test is to give Sky a call on your landline by dialing 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts.
