We have the new fibre broadband . nearly every day we receive notification that there is no internet connection
the lights on the box are all green except "voice" with is orange
the diagnostic checks are all ok

@Lyndsey1234 The next time you have the orange voice light on, just remove the ethernet cable that goes to the ONT box, then plug it back in, wait to see if the orange light goes back to green, may take a min or two. Report back
