Normal speeds tonight in Delgany for the first time in a week.

50Mbps this evening.

Earlier today I logged an issue with phone support. They told me there was some discussion about it between their agents, so with a bit of luck and enough reports they might actually do something about it.

The agent also recommended logging an issue via the My Sky mobile app, and maybe recording speedtest results about 30 minutes apart.

No issues on my end for the past couple of days

Turned out my 50Mbps on Thursday was measured over (bad) wifi. Didn't think to test until late last night and it was full speed at that point.

So I'm optimistic that it's fixed

I had better connection on Thursday evening. I wasn't he last night so don't know how it went.

I did spend three days on the WhatsApp chat. That didn't solve anything but at least they have a record of my displeasure.

The one n the chat dkd acknowledge that there was an issue in my area. I'll test again this evening.

Hopefully, it's fixed.

I lost faith in sky because of their lack of transparency.  I got through to a human on WhatsApp after 28 hours wait and cancelled without penalty.  I've ordered virgin instead.

I had no issues from wed/thurs until today, now the speed drop and high latency seems to be back for me at least
