Internet light off voice orange

My internet light is off on my hub and I can't connect to the internet, power green wifi Green and voice orange

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Constantly happening in my house too! 
when I do a check it says everything is working 🤨

Our problem seems to have resolved itself - it started during a  brief power cut, so maybe it was just that which confused the router.

Thanks, I'd done most of that already but always rather know things twice than not at all 🙂

The problem has resolved itself, I think it was linked with the brief power cut we had at about the same time.
