No internet here for last 30mins

Sky broadband and tv customer here (Sky stream). Internet has been down for some time now, tried resetting the router etc but only green lights on 'power' and 'WiFi', getting intermittent orange flashing light from the 'internet' light.

If there's an external circuit failure then resetting the Hub isn't going to resolve it.
