WiFi has suddenly switched off

No one has touched the WiFi box, we still have power on the house as normal, but it's just stopped working. For some reason WiFi/broadband checker seems to say it's fine, but it isn't. No lights on the box at all now

Try this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Which would tend to indicate a complete power supply failure, in which case it's probably not going to work.
