No internet for last two days

Hi my internet has stopped working for last two days, openreach are telling me to get hold of my supplier but not a lot of success there! There is no number to speak to Sky just a stream of 'what can we do' etc

Openreach do not talk to customers which is why they can not help you.

 

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:


Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

If it's still working dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline is the easiest method.
