No internet for 6 days
I have recently moved and had set up the internet for the 21st Feb, although outreach and sky advised that my connection had been connected I did not have internet
I had no internet for 6 days and when I spoke with a Sky advisor they said they would pay compensation for the days I was internet free, whenis this paid ?

30 days after it was fixed. It comes as a credit on your Sky account.
