No internet for 14 hours after restoring services
I had no internet for a few days due to a missed payment. I paid and restored services over 24 hours ago and the internet still isn't back.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.
If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant, in fact any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

Ok, i did pay and set up the payment method. It's still pending in my bank, is that why?

Sky won't unrestrict your services until your payment clears into their account so hopefully sometime today.

I called them yesterday and they said they'll escalate it. It's now been 63 hours without internet

It's still marked as pending, but the person on the phone confirmed it should be up by now. I also got confirmation of compensation

@Jessica69 Do not see how you can have both, bank not paid it and someone saying yes it's ok just does not seem right!
