No internet connection

All the lights on my router are green, but my laptop and iPad won't connect. They just keep getting "unable to join the network" pop ups.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@anonymous7 if the devices wont connect to the wifi network reboot the hub and devices which often clears the fault.
