Trying to reconnect my tv , I put my password in but still doesn’t connect

My internet connection on my tv had gone. I've pitched my password in lots of times and it doesn't connnect. I've switched the tv off at the wall and also the router and still nothing . I don't know what else to do . I tried last night and again this morning and still nothing

@Tanya671 to reboot a TV you have to leave the mains off until the power led goes out which can take up to a minute. One common fault is the psssword menory location becoming corrupted which a full reboot usually clears. Also note thst it is often easy to misread Sky passwords as they use the letters I and O and the number 1 and 0.
