No WiFi
The WiFi cuts out continuously and always does. The last few days it's just been non stop not working. No tv or broadband. iPads for the children aren't connecting can't watch sky and no apps work it is extremely deustratikg and disruptive as I'm always reporting this issue. I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving

Re: No WiFi
They've checked and there doesn't seem to be any connection issues. Yet my tv constantly gives troubleshoots and ways to reconnect and reset etc,

Re: No WiFi
Although they might have done this you might want to run this line test as well.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
